Elise Visco
Elise Visco previously practiced in Toronto, Canada as an associate with Jacqueline M. Mills Family Law where she largely worked on high-net-worth matrimonial matters. She has represented clients in all levels of court in the Province of Ontario, Canada, including successfully arguing as first chair before the Ontario Court of Appeal (the highest court in Ontario). Ms. Visco regularly presents on various family law issues in professional development programs for financial professionals.
Ms. Visco received a B.Sc., with distinction, from the University of Guelph and her J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School. During law school, Ms. Visco volunteered with the Pro Bono Students Canada Family Law Project and completed the Osgoode Mediation Intensive specializing in family law.
Ms. Visco is admitted to practice in Ontario, Canada and is awaiting admission in New York. She is a member of the New York Women’s Bar Association and lives in Manhattan with her husband.
