S. Susan Gross
Susan Gross is both an experienced family law practitioner and a certified public accountant.
Her unique career background provides an invaluable element to her efficient attorney
representation—especially when matters include complicated compensation structures,
complex valuation issues or the need for forensic asset or income tracing. She is admitted to
practice in both New York and New Jersey.
Ms. Gross has practiced matrimonial law at Cohen Clair (and its predecessor Clair, Greifer LLP) since 2005. Prior to joining the firm, she practiced matrimonial law exclusively at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP. After graduating from law school, she began her legal career at EisnerAmper LLP as a litigation support consultant, focusing on high net worth matrimonial matters.
Ms. Gross received her JD from New York Law School in 1999, where she was a member of the Moot Court Board and author of the Wagner Moot Court Competition. She graduated from Brooklyn College, City University of New York in 1996. Ms. Gross has been recognized as a “Super Lawyer” in the field of family law and has been included as an honoree in the Lawdragon 500 Family Lawyers Guide. Ms. Gross lives in Brooklyn, New York with her husband and children.
